David launched the Caci brand with wife Jackie in 1994.

He remains actively involved with business and is continually investigating new products and technologies to ensure Caci remains at the forefront of the appearance enhancement industry.

Jackie is Caci's co-founder and is also a registered nurse.

With more than 16-years experience in the appearance enhancement industry she is able to provide a high level of treatment advice and support to all franchisees.

Jang has worked across a wide range of industries in both the UK and NZ, having held senior finance roles within manufacturing, FMCG, & IT-based companies.  

He is a graduate of Cambridge University and a member of both the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and the New Zealand Institute of Chartered Accountants, where he is also a registered mentor.

Senior Sales and Marketing Manager - Cosmetic Skincare

Neisha is in charge of the day to day running of all Micromode’s Skincare and Cosmetics brands. Within her portfolio is Murad, Smashbox Cellex-C, Clear Skin, and consumables.

Micromode is always looking to grow the Cosmetic Division to introduce new brands to the New Zealand consumer, leveraging the successful business systems already in place.

Nancy is the first point of contact for franchisees and customers placing product orders which are dispatched from Caci's on-site warehouse.
