The franchise system used at Caci has been specifically developed for our clinics. We provide support and training in all areas of clinic opperation.
At the heart of a strong business is timely, accurate business infomation. We have designed our own in-house management information system that not only allows you to manage your business, but to measure your business against others in the group.
Two different flavours of Caci
Because of the diverse challenges we face in New Zealand, population distribution and size of the country, we have evolved two Caci franchise formats.
The first format, The Caci Clinc is our clasic clinic model that is over 100sqm has 4+ treatment rooms and includes all staff and client amenities within the premises.
The second is the Caci Club, a smaller format, usually around 50sqm, which typically has 2 or 3 treatment rooms and most staff and client conveniences offsite. This format is designed to coexist within a mall environment or co-habit a professional chambers.
The franchise system is designed to assist you, the franchisee, to build and maintain a profitable business. By adopting our formula you will avoid many of the pitfalls associated with new business ventures.

Caci has spent years carving out a strong and dominant brand position within our market. Television advertising alongside strategic marketing campaigns continually strengthen our brand.

Technology
The Caci system is incorporated in our training both electronically and in hard copy manuals. These systems are designed to help you set up and run a successful Caci, covering all aspects of running a clinic from the business plan through to recruitment, specific equipment and operations.
The Franchise Support team will:
Work with you to help you develop your targets and business plan; then work with you to achieve the goals you have set for yourself.
Frequently visit your Caci. The Franchise Manager, along with telephone support, will ensure that the Franchise support team stay up-to-date with your progress. Help is always at hand and is just a phone call away. We will work alongside you to find a suitable Caci location and fit it out to corporate standards. Comprehensive training is provided for both you and your staff in the Caci franchise system.
Our functional support team provide ongoing business and operational guidance and support to the franchise network. This support comes in the form of marketing, staff training resources, business advice and support, systems development and implementation, right through to workshops provided at our annual franchise conference or regular franchise meetings and conferencing calls.
Caci franchisees are part of a community of business owners who carry a wealth of experience which only comes over time.
